The School Module Consists of all school related system i.e. School Registration, Student Registration, Adding Class, Adding Section etc...

Settings

School

The School Page represents the functionality of Adding Schools to the Web Application. You can view edit or delete the School on this page. Moreover you can search record of school by its name

Rooms

The Rooms page consists of the Adding the rooms. This Rooms data will be used at the time of adding Section and we will add the maximum capacity while adding section. Suppose we have given the maximum capacity to 20. Now at the time of adding student to that specific school class and section, we cannot add more than 20 student against that section

Class

Before entering the details of any class related to your school, ROOMS page data must be filled properly. Because if we will not provide rooms details we will unable to add sections related to class due to the reason that rooms page data used while adding section details. The Class Page represents the functionality of Adding Class and Section to the Web Application. You can enter the Classes relative to your school then at the time of adding section you have to choose class so in this way the specific section will be saved against the class. You can search class’s record by class name and Sections record through Section, Class and School. You can view edit and delete the class and section

Session

The Session Page represents the functionality of Adding the Session of your school. For Example Fall 2015, Spring 2015 etc… You can view edit or delete the Session on this page and moreover you can search record of Sessions through its title name

Subjects

The Subjects Page represents the functionality of adding the Subjects against the Class with subject’s code name. You can add the Subjects for one class or more than one class. You can view edit or delete the Subjects on this page and moreover you can search record of subject by its name

Religion

The Religion Page consist of adding the Religion related to your school. For Example Muslim, Sikh etc… You can view edit or delete the Religion on this page and moreover you can search by Religion by its name

Nationalities

The Nationalities Page consist of adding the Nationalities related to your school. For Example Pakistani, Afghani etc… You can view edit or delete the Nationalities on this page and moreover you can search record of Nationalities by its name

Locations

The Locations page represents the functionality of adding locations i.e. City and Area relative to your school integrated with this web application. You can enter the city relative to your school than at the time of adding area you have to choose City so in this way the specific City and Area will be saved relative to your School. You can search city record by city name and area record through area name. You can view edit and delete the city and area

Occupations

The Occupations Page consist of adding the Occupations related to the students Guardian list.For Example Engineers, doctors etc… You can view edit or delete the Occupations on this page and moreover you can search record of Occupations by its name

Bank Account

The Bank Account Page consist of adding the Bank Account related to the student. For Example Ali have Bank Account in standard chartered Bank and his Account No is 1234567890. You can view edit or delete this info of students’ bank accounts details on this page and moreover you can search record of students bank a/c’s by their names

Student Assignment

The Student Assignment Page consists of adding the Student Assignment relative to your specific school, class, session and section. You can search record by Assignment Name and Class Name. Moreover you can upload the assignment file for students and can download that specified file and you may delete the Student Assignment as per your conditions

Exams

The Exam Page consists of conducting Exams relative to your specific school and session along with Exam Title and description. When you added the Exams info on this page than as soon the students relative to that specific school and session login into their dashboard than they will be able to view the Exams details. You can view/edit and delete the added Exams details on this page. Moreover you can search the Exam and School by their Names

Grades

The Grades Page Consists of Adding the Grades of students belong to your school and class. You will enter the Minimum and Maximum Marks and as soon you added the Grades than list of students Grades will be appear on this page and students relative to that school and class can view their Grades after logged in to their dashboard. You can search Students records by their Grades or Class name. You can view edit and delete the Grades on this page

Report Card

You can make Student Report Card relative to your school, class/section, Subject and Exam. You can view the Student Report Card by entering student details. The Report Card contains the columns like Student Name, Teacher Name, total marks, obtain marks, %age, Grade and Comment according to his Grade. For Example if Student has got 90% marks than the comment will be shown as Excellent and if the student has got 70% marks than the comment will be good.

Entry Test

You can conduct the Entry test from this Web application by adding the Fee of Entry test and by mentioning its phase i.e. phase 1, phase 2 or phase 3. You can search Entry test by its Name and you can view specific record of Entry test and can update and delete it

Billing

You can add the Fee Category on this page and you can add the New Fee Structure for students. You can add the Fee Category relative to your school and when you save Fee Category than that Fee Category list will be appear on this page at the time of adding Fee Structure You can add the New Fee Structure for specific school and class. All you have to do is simply select the class relevant to your specific school and select the Fee Category like tuition Fee, Library Fee or Admission Fee and as soon you save the Fee structure the fee Structure will be saved respected to the school and class and you can search record of fee structure on this page and can view update and delete any fee structure if needed

Fee Concession

You can add the Fee Concession information against any Fee Category on this page. For Example you add the 20% Fee concession on Library Fee by mentioning its title, than the info will be stored on this page as soon you saved you added credentials. You can search Fee Concession records by its title and can view update and delete any record if needed

Students Fee

You can Generate Student Fee, Collect Student Fee, and Search Student Fee by your specific school name, class name, class/section and student name, and can make Student Fee Bills on this Student Fee view. All the details specific to the Student Fee have mentioned on this page

Registrations

You can register student on this view. You have to enter following information to registering the Student with your school

4 - Guardian Info
5 - Mother Info
6 - Emergency Contact
7 - Medical Info

When you add all the details of student registration than the student will be registered successfully with your school and you can view the Student Registration info on this page. Moreover you can search record of student registration by student name and can view specific record and can edit and delete it

Students

You can add student on this view after registering the student. You have to enter following information to add Student to your school

Leave

You can create leave type for student and can create leave for any student belong to any class/section and school. You can edit leave type, delete it.

Withdrawals

You can withdraw any student from school. For this purpose you will have to write the withdrawal reason and select the student name belong to specific class, session and section. After doing so the student will not be in the list of school

Promote

You can promote any student from one class to other class. For example student has completed 5th class and now he want to go in the next 6th class, than you can promote the student from 5th class to 6th class on this view. You can view specific record, edit and delete it

Rejoin

You can make request of student to rejoin on this page. When you make the rejoin request the student will be added in the list of school and the class which you have mentioned on this page to rejoin

Notice

You can add notice for any student belong to any school, class, session and section. When you make notice for student than the student will get notice info by logging into his dashboard

SMS

You can send SMS to any student belong to any school, class and section.

User Security

You can add/remove Security for any user on this page. This page is for assigning rights and removing rights related to any user

Group Security

You can add/remove Security for any group on this page. This page is for assigning rights and removing rights related to any user. You can make new group according to your requirements and can make group security on this page. You can remove specific group from any role related to this web application

Department

You can add any department related to your school on this page. You can edit and delete any department on this page. Moreover you can search any record of department by its Name

Employee

You can add any employee to your school. You can edit and delete any employee relative to your school

Designation

You can add the designation of employee on this page. You can view specific record of employee related to designation, edit any record and delete it

Allowance Category

You can add the allowance category against your employees relative to your school. After adding allowance category to your school you can give that allowance to any employee relative to your school

Leave

You can add the leave type for your employees. After adding leave type you can add leave for any employee relative to your school. You can edit and delete leave type according to your requirement

Salary Increment

You can increment the salary of any employee relative to your school. You can edit and delete any increment salary of employee details info

Salary decrement

You can decrement the salary of any employee relative to your school. You can edit and delete any decrement salary of employee details info

Award Structure

You can add any award structure on this page and can give this award to any employee belong to your school. You can edit and delete any record of award structure on this page

Employee Attendance

You can search for Employee Attendance detail on this page. You can edit and delete any employee attendance detail relative to your school

Employee Transfers

You can transfer any employee from one department to another on this page of Employee Transfers. For Example Ali belongs to Urdu department and our requirement is to transfer Ali from department Urdu to department computer science, than we can transfer the employee Ali by selecting his school, department. As soon we transfer the employee from one department to another the employee will get the info of transfer, after logging into his dashboard

Withdrawal

You can withdraw any employee from your school on this withdrawal page. You can add the withdrawal reason for any employee and based on the reason you can withdraw any employee. You can edit and delete the employee withdrawal info from this page

Salary Report

You can generate the salary report of any employee on this Salary report page.

Contract

You can add any employee on contract basis relative to your school by adding his contract details. You can edit and delete his info on this page

Definition

The Finance module consists contains the following modules

Chart of Accounts

Chart of Account is equipped with all the details of complete listing details of every account relative to the school management system. Each account is referenced by a number

Accounting

Accounting system includes all the details of every account i.e. expense details, general ledger details etc…

Account Setting

Account setting includes the basic settings of all accounts i.e. debit, credit, of any H.R related settings, expense settings, deduction settings etc…

Expense Entry

Expense Entry system in the Account settings include the Expense entry detail of any account along with its details, i.e. date, Payment method, Amount etc… You can view all the details of single account related to the Expense and you can edit and delete any expense record according to your requirements

Expense type

Expense type information is the page where you can add any expense type related to the school management system. For example Office Supplies, Library Fund etc… You can view any single expense type record, or you can edit and delete it according to your requirements

Fee Transfer to GL

This page is equipped with the functionality of making bill of specific student & Fee transfer to GL. You can apply filter and select specific student from specific school, class, session and select specific student and write down the total amount of GL period of student and as soon you apply filter and write down the details of student GL and save it than all the changing which you have just made will be saved according to the student GL period and details will be transfer to GL

Employee Pay Transfer to GL

This page contains the functionality of transferring Employee Pay to GL (General Ledger). You can select the Employee by selecting from his relative Department & Designation. You will write down the Execution month, execution year and paid date of employee pay and as soon you save the details of employee pay as all the changing will be transferred to the GL (General Ledger)

Expense Transfer to GL

This page contains the details of Expense transferring to GL. You can select the Expense from relative list of specific department and write down the total amount, date, GL Period and Expense type and soon you save the changing than the expense details relative to the department and its detail will be transferred to the GL (General Ledger)

Teachers Module


Marks

This page contains the marks of students. You can search student from specific school, session, class / section and as soon you move on by applying search as you may find that the details of marks of student will be listed in the table, and if this is not the case than you may write down the total No’s of students and his obtain marks details etc… You may save the changes and by doing so all the details of student marks belong to specific school will be saved according to his id.

Student Subjects

This page contains the student subject’s information. You can search student from specific school, class and session and the list of subject’s will be listed in the table where you can select the subject’s and their relative teacher’s and you can save or cancel these details. When you save these details than the subject’s information and teacher’s information relative to the student id will be saved.

Attendance

This page consist of the Attendance system relative to the student. You can search for student attendance detail and you can save any information regarding attendance details. Moreover you can edit and delete any single record of attendance according to your requirements

Teacher’s Subjects

This page consist of the Teacher’s subject’s information. You can select any employee from his Employee id and you can assign/remove any subject to Employee. When you save these changes than all the changing relative to the Teacher’s subjects belong to specific school will be saved. Moreover you can view single record of teacher’s subjects and can edit and delete it according to your requirements.

Class schedule

This page consists of the class schedule information where you can view the teacher class schedule report. You will select teacher belong to specific school, class, section list.

Transport Module


Vehicle Entry

This page is equipped with adding details of Vehicle relative to your specific school. I.e. Vehicle Model, Registration Number, Vehicle Year etc… You can view specific record of any vehicle and you can edit and delete any single record according to your requirements

Vehicle Route

This page contains adding of the Vehicle Route. Admin can add the vehicle route for any student and select its area and route name and admin can save the details of vehicle route. If the Admin has not registered the Employee as Employee type to driver then Admin will unable to Add Vehicle Route because this page contains the field of Employee. Only those employees will be listed here who have registered as employee type to driver. Moreover Admin can view single record of vehicle route and Admin can edit and delete the record of vehicle route

Student Transport

This page contains adding the details of student transport. You will select vehicle route for student, and select his area and select student name from specific school, class, session and write down the Cost/Month and you can save the changes relative to any student belong to your school. Moreover you can view single record of student transport and you can edit and delete it according to your requirements

When you added the Exams info on this page than as soon the students relative to that specific school and session login into their dashboard than they will be able to view the Exams details. You can view/edit and delete the added Exams details on this page. Moreover you can search the Exam and School by their Names

The Grades Page Consists of Adding the Grades of students belong to your school and class. Employee Module


Schools

Employee can view all schools list and can search any school from the list. Employee have not rights to edit or delete the rights to change the schools. Only Admin can add, update and delete the schools from the schools list

Classes

Employee can view the classes which are belong to list of available schools, employee can search any record on the basis of class or school name. Moreover Employee can search any section which are belong to its relative class and school. Employee can search any record on the basis of section. Employee have not enough rights to perform the operations of addition, editing any record or delete any record from the search class and search sections list

Sessions

Employee can view all the sessions which belong to school management system, Employee can search the record of sessions on the base of its name, For example: Spring 2016. Employee cannot add any session

Subjects

Employee can add any subject and can view the total list of subjects, employee can search any subject record on the basis of subject name. Moreover Employee can view and delete any single record of subjects

Religion

Employee cannot add any religion due to its limited rights. Employee can view list of Religions and can search any religion record on the basis of religion name. Moreover Employee can edit and delete any single record of religion

Nationalities

Employee can view the list of nationalities belong to school management system. Employee can search any record on the basis of nationality name. Employee cannot add, edit or delete any record of nationality

Locations

Employee can view the list of city and can search any record on the basis of city name. Employee cannot add, edit or delete any record of city. Moreover Employee can view any area which belong to specific city, Employee can search the list of area and city on the basis of city and area name. Employee cannot add, edit or delete any record

Student Assignment

Employee can view the list of city and can search any record on the basis of city name. Employee cannot add, edit or delete any record of city. Moreover Employee can view any area which belong to specific city, Employee can search the list of area and city on the basis of city and area name. Employee cannot add, edit or delete any record

Report Card

Employee can view any report card of student belong to any school class and session

Employee can view its total salary by logging in to school management system from the login credentials
